Casey’s journey into the world of insurance started over 20 years ago, like many others — with a mix of ambition and a desire to make a difference. However, she quickly realized that the industry often lacked representation and support for women. Instead of simply accepting the status quo, Casey decided to take action. She envisioned a network where women could come together, share their experiences, and uplift one another in a male-dominated field.

The Birth Of SheLeads

In 2020, Casey launched Professional Women’s Empowerment Network-now niching to Female Agents, meet SheLeads Insurance Network, with a bold mission: to create a community that empowers women in the insurance industry through mentorship, training, and networking opportunities. Drawing from her own experiences, she crafted a platform that not only addresses the unique challenges women face but also celebrates their achievements.
